SCP FOUNDATION MOBILE TASK FORCE COMMAND, NORTH AMERICA MOBILE TASK FORCE ALPHA-86 ACTIVATION April 24, 2019 Intent: To activate and deploy MTF-A-86 approximately 8 miles Northeast of Trillium Lake in the Mount Hood National Forest with the objective of investigating multiple reports of potential anomalous phenomena. Officer-In-Charge: COS Koop Bravuomo Non-Commissioned-Officer-In-Charge: TSG Fritz Kolbe Reporting Time and Location: 5:30 PM at USGS Facility, Brockman Road, Madeline CA, 96119 Equipment: All new members of MTF-A-86 will receive their standard field kits upon inspection to confirm CS/CL qualifications. All field kits contain the necessary armaments for the operation, and as such, all personnel are advised to secure their personal belongings prior to reporting in. Travel Safety: Multiple HUMVEEs will be utilized for transportation. Transportation is expected to take a day at maximum. Clackamas County Sheriff's Department and Mount Hood National Forest Rangers have agreed to provide police escort and guidance into the forest. HUMVEEs will be abandoned upon reaching the edge of Lake Trillium, where transportation will proceed on foot. Cover story deems MTF-A-86 as an Oregon Army National Guard detachment performing a search-and-rescue operation. Meals: Food will be provided prior to deployment on the operation. One rest stop will be made on the way to the infiltration point. Medical: Disclosure of known medical limitations is critical. Bring documentation for appropriate medications.
