SCP FOUNDATION MOBILE TASK FORCE COMMAND, NORTH AMERICA MOBILE TASK FORCE ALPHA-86 ACTIVATION May 3, 2019 Intent: To activate and deploy MTF-A-86 to Rogue River, OR to investigate potential anomalous phenomena in the local fishing community. Officer-In-Charge: COS Koop Bravuomo Non-Commissioned-Officer-In-Charge: TSG Sarah Bennett Reporting Time and Location: 5:30 PM at USGS Facility, Brockman Road, Madeline CA, 96119 Equipment: All new members of MTF-A-86 will receive their standard field kits upon inspection to confirm CS/CL qualifications. All field kits contain the necessary armaments for the operation, and as such, all personnel are advised to secure their personal belongings prior to reporting in. Newly-acquired field kits designed for deep-cover operations will be provided to the Infiltration Element, covered in COMMUNICATIONS - SECURITY, MOBILE TASK FORCE, OP8 BRIEFING. Travel Safety: Multiple HUMVEEs will be utilized for transportation - convoy will move to to Crater Lake Klamath Regional Airport, where local Army National Guard air and ground assets will be utilized to transport vehicles and personnel into the area of operations. Cover story deems MTF-A-86 as an Oregon Army National Guard unit responding to an undisclosed domestic emergency. Meals: Food will be provided prior to deployment on the operation. Medical: Disclosure of known medical limitations is critical. Bring documentation for appropriate medications.
