SCP FOUNDATION MOBILE TASK FORCE COMMAND, NORTH AMERICA MOBILE TASK FORCE ALPHA-86 ACTIVATION June 7, 2019 Intent: To activate and deploy MTF-A-86 ("Malleable Mavericks") to the base of the Humphreys Peak located in Flagstaff, AZ to ascertain the presence of potentially anomalous phenomena and to contain it if present. Officer-In-Charge: COS Koop Bravuomo, LT Fritz Kolbe (Ground Team) Non-Commissioned-Officer-In-Charge: SGT Garrett Jackson Reporting Time and Location: 5:30 PM at USGS Facility, Brockman Road, Madeline CA, 96119 Equipment: All new members of MTF-A-86 will receive their standard field kits upon inspection to confirm CS/CL qualifications. All field kits contain the necessary armaments for the operation, and as such, all personnel are advised to secure their personal belongings prior to reporting in. Travel Safety: Multiple HUMVEEs will be utilized for transportation. Area of operations is located at the base of the Humphreys Peak near Flagstaff, Arizona - transportation will take a relatively long period of time. No support from state or federal authorities will be provided for this operation in terms of escort. Cover story is malleable and dependent on NCOIC purview. Task force vehicles will disembark once reaching the area of operations off-road for discretion purposes - foot mobility will be required to investigate the area in detail. Meals: Food will be provided prior to deployment on the operation. Several rest stops will be made on the way to the infiltration point - operatives are encouraged to stay fed. Medical: Disclosure of known medical limitations is critical. Bring documentation for appropriate medications.
